Mr. Anand Gupta is a Chartered Accountant having vast experience in Real Estates & Government business.

He heads the Real Estates & Government business Wing of the Firm. His rich experience is derived from his long exposure to Renowned Groups of Real Estate. He is consulting clients under RERA Act also. In this way he is catering all aspects related to Real Estate sector, be it Accounting & Bookkeeping, RERA Act Consultancy, Taxations and other regulatory matters.

In addition he has good command on Government Sector Services. During his 6 Years of practice he has built strong relationship at various PSU banks, RRBs and other authorities by taking participation in Social Activities. He has rich experience of presenting cases before appellate & other Authorities of Direct & Indirect Tax.

He also has good experience in Consolidation of Financial Statements, Project Financing and Audits of Sugar Industry & Textile sector corporates.

Ms. Vibhuti is a Chartered Accountant having experience of more than 4 years of serving clients. She is heading the NGO Sector Services and Bank Audits. She has good experience in NGO Audits as well as bookkeeping and other regulatory matters. She is providing consulting services to various NGOs.

She has got good exposure in Bank Branch Concurrent Audits, Statutory Audit, Revenue Audits, Project Financing & Stock Audits.

She Leads the Audit & Assurance practice and advice clients on Internal Control, BPR, ERP etc. She is also Managing Corporate Accounting, Payroll Clients, Investment Advisory, And thereby part of the management Consultancy Service to many corporate Clients.

Mrs. Neha Lakhotia is a Chartered Accountant having experience of more than 10 years of serving clients. She Leads the Direct Tax and advice clients on Corporate and Individual Taxation, Assessment Procedures, International Tax and Transfer Pricing. She is the Head of Tax and Statutory Audit Service. She deals with all manners of clients giving them advice ranging from start up, strategic direction or direct tax matters.

She has a unique Experience in FEMA for Incorporating Subsidiary outside India, Foreign Direct Investments, Transfer process including Valuation of Shares for Transfer of Share from Foreigner to Indian Resident and Vice Versa. She has also been a part of Merger and Acquisition process including performing Due diligence process for Many IT Companies.

He is qualified Chartered Accountant and has over 5 years of Experience in the field of Practice. He currently Manages GST, Companies Act, And Accounting Advisory.

He is a practicing Attorney having vast experience of Taxation, Food Acts, Land Acts. He has been into the field since 2018. His on-ground liaison with Government authorities have been quick solutions for various business. As a practitioner he is Legal Head for our firm.
